About The Parenting Way
Welcome to The Parenting Way.
We created this site to support parents during the most important and often overwhelming early years of childhood. Our content is built on real-world experience, professional knowledge, and a genuine desire to help families feel confident and supported.
Who We Are
The Parenting Way is led by professionals with hands-on experience in early childhood education and family nutrition.

I am Sarah Bennett, an early childhood teacher with over 13 years of experience working with toddlers and preschoolers ages 1 to 4. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children and parents, helping families navigate behavior challenges, emotional development, routines, and early learning milestones.

Alongside me is Emily Carter, a family nutrition specialist with more than 10 years of experience supporting parents through picky eating, toddler nutrition, and balanced meal planning. Emily focuses on creating simple, family-friendly recipes and nutrition guidance that supports healthy growth without stress or pressure.
Together, we bring both educational and nutritional expertise to help parents care for their children in a well-rounded and practical way.
Why The Parenting Way Exists
Parenting does not come with clear instructions, especially during the early years. Many parents are left wondering if certain behaviors are normal, how to handle tantrums, or how to support healthy eating habits.
The Parenting Way was created to offer clear, honest, and experience-based guidance. Everything shared on this site is rooted in professional practice, child development principles, and real-life work with families.
Our goal is to make parenting feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
